Capgemini Invent is hiring a Business Analyst with specialized experience in the insurance domain, especially focused on IFRS 17 regulatory frameworks and financial reporting. This role is part of Capgemini’s Data-driven Finance, Risk, and Compliance (FRC) team and is ideal for professionals who want to work at the intersection of technology, compliance, and insurance transformation.

Your Role:

• Lead the analysis, design, and rollout of IFRS 17 compliance solutions for insurance clients
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear business processes and system functionalities
• Conduct gap analysis of existing systems versus IFRS 17 mandates
• Document detailed functional specifications and assist in system enhancements or new implementations
• Collaborate with internal and client teams across finance, risk, compliance, and IT

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a consulting or transformation role
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS 17 regulations and financial compliance
• Ability to understand and translate complex regulatory changes into business and technical requirements
• Excellent documentation skills – able to produce clear and precise business requirement documents (BRDs)
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work across multiple client environments and industries
• Experience with financial reporting systems or regulatory tools is a plus
